What it costs you today
Stop giving away a third of every order
An aggregator takes its cut of every order it passes you. Bitte takes nothing at the door, and a flat 6% platform fee — minimum £0.40, card processing included — on online card payments.
Commission-free at the door
Nothing at all on cash and card taken in person. The flat 6% platform fee (minimum £0.40) applies to online card payments only — never an aggregator's share of the order.
Weekly settlement
Your takings are settled to you every Friday, on a predictable weekly cycle you can plan staff pay around.

Market comparison
Old ways versus the Bitte ecosystem
The same order, taken two ways. What changes is who owns the customer and what is left after the platform has taken its share.
The aggregator
A share of every order
A commission on the whole basket, taken before you see it.
Payouts on their cycle
Your own takings held for days before they reach you.
Anonymised customers
No email, no phone number, and no way to bring them back.
Bitte
0% at the door
A flat 6% platform fee (minimum £0.40, card processing included) on online card payments, and nothing else.
Weekly settlement
Settled to you every Friday through Stripe.
Your customer data
Every email address and order history stays yours.
- On cash and card at the door
- 0%
- Every plan, every in-person order. There is no tier that changes this.
- Platform fee on online card payments
- 6% flat
- Card processing, anti-fraud and weekly settlement are included. Fixed platform policy — it does not move with your plan or your volume.
- Minimum per online order
- £0.40
- Applies only where 6% of the order comes to less than this.
Everything your restaurant runs on
Saving on commission is where it starts, not the whole story. POS, QR ordering, payments, stock, loyalty and more, in one system that talks to itself.
Your own ordering site, storefront and QR menu, not a marketplace.
- Your own ordering websiteTake orders from your own branded site, never a marketplace listing.
- QR menu & order from the tableDiners scan, browse and order from their phone, no app, no waiting.

Take every kind of payment and keep your margin.
- Stripe & PayPal paymentsCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal out of the box.
- Group order & split the billLet a table split the bill by item or evenly, each paying their share.
POS, kitchen screen, reservations and staff in one place.
- Built-in POSRing up walk-ins, split bills and itemise orders from one till.
- Kitchen display (KDS)Orders fire straight to a kitchen screen, no paper tickets.

Loyalty, combos and AI that lift every order.
- Cashback & loyalty walletReward repeat diners with cashback that brings them back.
- Combo & meal dealsBundle items into combos to lift average order value.
Live numbers and stock, so nothing sells out behind your back.
- Sales statisticsSee what sells, when, and how much you are making.
- Stock & low-stock alertsGet a real-time warning before you sell out.

The customer relationship and data stay yours.
- Guest history and private notesRemember the regular before they have to remind you.
- Your own booking emailsConfirmations that sound like your restaurant.
How the pricing works
Pay for the parts you use
Bitte is sold in parts, not packages. Take one, take all of them, and move up a level when you outgrow it. The price follows what you pick — nothing is bundled in to pad the bill.

Start selling
Each part comes at more than one level — start on the lower one and upgrade in place. Combine parts and you pay less than buying them separately.
Only need the menu on a phone? That is a plan of its own, from £99/year — no till and no online orders, just your menu hosted and kept up to date.
Getting it there
Two ways an order leaves the kitchen
You handle the food. Both routes run from the same screen, with no separate courier account to reconcile.
Your own drivers
Dispatch from the same dashboard you take the order in, and keep the whole delivery fee.
Collection
Diners order ahead and skip the queue — the busiest hour of the day stops being the slowest.
Third-party courier dispatch is not wired yet. When a restaurant needs a fleet it does not have, that is a conversation rather than a switch — so it is not listed above as though it were one.
Reservations
Fill the tables, not just the bags
A booking diary is part of the plan rather than a separate subscription with a charge on every cover, from £399/year.

Deposits, when a no-show would hurt
Ask a large party for a deposit and keep it if they do not arrive. Stripe processing is already in the plan.
No charge per cover
The diary is part of the subscription. Filling a table costs the same whether you seat four that night or forty.
Bitte AI, your 24/7 digital manager
You cook the food. Let AI manage the rest.
Writing menus and replying to reviews should not be your evening. The built-in AI does the repetitive work, from your own menu and your own data.
Magic menu writer
Problem: writing appetising descriptions for fifty-odd items takes hours.
Solution: give it the dish name and the ingredients, then press one button.
“Burger with cheese”
“Flame-grilled beef patty topped with melted cheddar and caramelised onions, in a toasted brioche bun.”
Smart upsell engine
It learns your menu and what your customers order together, then suggests the add-on that actually fits the basket.
