How quickly will you hear back?
Within one working day for a new enquiry. Your message becomes a support ticket rather than an email, so it goes into the queue our team works from instead of an inbox somebody has to remember to check.
You already use Bitte — is this the right place?
Use the support button in your dashboard, or in the Bitte Merchants app on your phone. It reaches the same team with your account, your plan and your recent orders already attached, so nobody has to ask you which restaurant you are. This form is for people who are not set up yet.
What happens to what you send?
Your name, your address and your message are stored against a support ticket so that a person can answer you. We use the address to reply and for nothing else. The detail is in our privacy policy.
Can you find out what it costs without asking?
Yes. Build the plan you would actually use on the pricing page and it prices itself as you go. Write to us when the question is whether Bitte fits how your kitchen runs, which is the one a price list cannot answer.
